At No Spoilers, our love for escape rooms isn’t a marketing angle – it’s the reason we exist.

Before we ever insured a single venue, we were players. Obsessive ones. The kind who plan trips around games, who argue about puzzle design over dinner, and who will happily crawl through a hatch, get locked in a coffin, or spend 90 minutes suspended in narrative tension for the sheer joy of it.

That matters, because escape rooms aren’t “just another business”. They’re creative endeavours, hospitality experiences, theatrical productions, engineering projects, and communities – all rolled into one. And if you don’t truly understand that, you can’t properly support the people who run them.

To date, we’ve played 36 of the Top 100 escape rooms in the UK, as ranked by Escape The Review’s 2025 list.

We’ve also played 11 of the best escape rooms in the world, as recognised by TERPECA in 2025.

Those experiences haven’t just been memorable, they’ve been formative. They’ve shown us what excellence looks like, what players value, and how much work goes on behind the scenes to deliver something truly special.

When you’ve experienced escape rooms at this level, you gain a deep respect for the craft, and for the risk involved in running them.

Because behind every brilliant game is an operator juggling leases, staffing, maintenance, safety checks, compliance, marketing, tech failures, last-minute cancellations, and the ever-present fear that something unexpected could bring everything grinding to a halt.

That’s where No Spoilers comes in

Our aim is simple: to make sure the best escape rooms can run profitably, sustainably, and without fear of something unforeseen tripping them up. The fewer sleepless nights owners have worrying about insurance gaps, claims, or “what ifs”, the more energy they can put into building incredible experiences.

Ultimately, this is selfish in the best possible way. We want escape rooms to thrive so that we, and players like us, can keep enjoying them for years to come.

We’re fully immersed in this sector because we love it. And that’s exactly why the people who run escape rooms trust us to look after theirs.

We’ve played the games, experienced the excitement and seen the work behind the scenes. Let us handle the insurance, so you can keep making experiences that players remember. If you want learn more about how we support venues like yours, get in touch with our specialist team today.
